WAH will work on improving the service with world-renowned service consultant Anastasia Vladychynska

We value our customers and want to be the best for them. That is why we started a one-year project to improve the level of service at the West Auto Hub company together with Vladychynska Consulting.

Anastasia Vladychynska's team helps in the implementation of the project. Anastasia started a service revolution in Ukraine, started the First School of Service at National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Certified in the USA as a service consultant. She studied at the Disney Institute and the Ritz-Carlton. She graduated from the University for Speakers in New York. A person who makes a service transformation of Boryspil Airport, Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Hospital. Anastasia believes that you can become a true service company regardless of anything.

WAH employees have already attended two workshops by Anastasia Vladychynska and formed a team within the company that will work on improving the service and implement innovations, the main goal of which will be a happy customer.

We have a lot of work ahead of us in the future, but we will definitely do it because you, our customers, motivate us.
