Frequently asked questions

Yes. A customs control zone (place of delivery) operates on the WAH site, and customs brokers work here to help prepare the documents and support the declaration.

No. The WAH customs infrastructure is designed to handle not only vehicles but also various categories of goods in line with customs legislation.

Combining the customs control zone / place of delivery with customs broker services on one site lets the main customs processes be organised as conveniently as possible for the client.

The services are available both to businesses and participants in foreign economic activity and to private individuals — depending on the goods, the vehicle and the required customs procedure.
